Rubber Boot - A new take on the classic Wellington, this boot was made for the cold, wet Montréal climate. A multifunctional shoe that can be adjusted for different types of precipitation: zipped up high and worn with felt bootie, the boot is ideal for wet, slush-y winter days, in the summer the boot ca be worn without the internal bootie and can be opened and even rolled down if the rain passes.
Models - The formal models were made in clay over a plastic last. The final model (shown previous image) is made of thermoformed styrene, sprayed with rubber paint.
