ripple

ripple was made for the mount baker plywood student design competition and received 1st place. We were to make our entire project from one 4x4 sheet of plywood.

The goal for this project was to find a local organization in the community who was in need of storage furniture as our client.

PitterPatter is an umbrella stand made for Whatcom County Children's Museum in Bellingham, WA.

It was designed to be easily assembled out of the box without the use of tools. Each umbrella hole resembles the image of ripples from a water droplet when viewed from above.
