CARE stands for "Cherished Albums Restoration Effort", offering FREE digital restoration services for hurricane-damaged photos. As of October 2014, hundreds of Photoshop wizards from all over the world have already helped repair over 1,330 priceless mementos.

I founded CARE, and have personally restored around 325 600dpi images plus have sacrificed over 6,000 charitable hours to families and volunteers.
