I co-founded SIDESHOWS with 4 partners in 2010 in collaboration with the Big Apple Circus in Damrosch Park at Lincoln Center. An 8-16 event music-meets-the-circus-under-the-big-top music festival was our original goal. The recession thwarted our most ambitious efforts, however Time Magazine deemed SIDESHOWS "one of the best" of 2010. Sponsorship corralling, talent coordination, general production, design/writing/research/IA, you name it. I tasked it. The pages of our comprehensive sponsorship kit, seen here, included floating pop-up videos and hyperlinks.
(*Most competitive music festivals —even the largest and most respected— send out simple word documents or ghastly, non-visual, non-interactive pdfs. A sponsorship kit of this variety broke industry barriers. I researched and wrote all content as well.)
