1. inside the photo, is "Karl." Assignment 1: cut and shape a "3D tower" to exact specifications. -understanding tools in the shop, familiarity with material : foam.
Assignment 2: Make a unique packaging design for the tower. "Karl" is a stuffed toy with a mouth modification containing the "3D tower" as a tongue. concept is playful, style is butchery.
2. Photo Frame
Assignment 1: Cast Frame "Piece." Must not be a representational form. Sculpt Clay Mold, Cast from Resin.
Assignment 2: Bend Acrylic Sheet to enclose Photo. familiarity with materials and steps
3: Dinner Candelabra
Assignment : support one dinner candle in a structure made of sheet metal.
Concept : H for first Initial of my name, Red for Golden Gate Bridge.
Familiarity with Sheet Metal, tools, spray method, joining techniques. Rivet Gun
