Obias Design - Residential home designer Paul C Obias utilizes his 10yrs of residential construction experience to provide accurate, realistic and detailed design solutions for Homeowners. As a contractor, Paul had noticed that most home designs he built from did not accommodate the physical constraints and structural integrity of home construction.
In 2006 Paul began designing homes the way he thought it should be for his family company O&S NW. To his surprise Paul and his family company had noticed an increase of productivity and cost. Now realizing the full potential of experience based design he has set out to help frustrated homeowners get the results they want without sacrificing the integrity of their home.
