MindTheGap (inner) - This project (was) targeted on Nigerian Youth Corp Service (NYSC) entrants and fresh university graduates who needed to gain an in-depth understanding of their current priorities in order to fit into the labour market. The 'mismatch' that exists between employee and employer priorities was well-addressed in this conference.
