Ezik is a food design project that is designed with Aslihan Tokat, Gizem Cürdaneli and Özgün Ezgi Koç and won National Industrial Food Design Contest 2014, 1st Prize of Professional Category. Having its name from the smash of the fruit in its content, Ezik is a product aimed to provide a more widespread consumption of the traditional dried fruit leathers in daily life with the industrial production technology. Fruit leathers and the compatible variety of nuts are presented in the same package to the user. Consisting of 5 different fruits with differentiated flavors, the product can be a healthy snack and is suitable for a wide range of users including adults and children, thanks to not only its accessibility in a busy work life and the practical packaging, but also its fun packagings in diverse colors. With the help of their convenient sizes,the fruit leathers either can be wrapped around the nuts inside the packaging, or can be consumed separately without a contamination of the hands.
