Worked with the Director of the Yuma Crossing National Heritage Area and a Landscape Architect to develop a Master Plan for the former state park and site of the US Military’s Quartermaster Depot in the nineteenth century. The Master Plan, .outlined in a 57 page document, takes the historic significance of the site into account, located directly on the Colorado River, as it lays out the framework for a Museum and Park intended to educate and inform
