This extensive renovation of the visitor center covered a variety of topics from the construction of the hydro power plant and electric generation, to the principles of electricity and conservation. Heavy use of AV was incorporated as we partnered with Boston Productions, a media developer in Massachusetts. AV exhibits included an introductory film, a simulator ride on power generation and an argument between Thomas Edison and Nickolai Tesla over Direct Current and Alternating Current. A large touch table located in the center of the upper lever teaches visitors the basics of power generation and distribution in a fun and interactive way.
