Headquarters for MetLife's US business unit located in Charlotte, NC. Two seven story leased facilities with over 3,000 employees consolidated in 2014. The renovated spaces were designed to adopt the new workplace strategy of cooperation and flexibility to help allow for better interaction and streamlined work flow. The graphics leveraged the Peanuts brand for a casual upbeat style and helped reinforce the customer centric focus. Other communication objectives were demonstrating MetLife's size, strength, rich heritage and global business.
