The vinyl Cage is a tribute to the cover art of the LP records. The vinyl record stand is made of 6,2 m of powder varnished steel wire.
A stackable, simplistic but sturdy construction with a minimum of material used. Rubber tubing protects the contact areas and prevents the records from sliding.
The inspiration came from people that are really devoted to their music interest and take pride in their music collection, from air guitar playing metal heads to hardcore hip-hop fans. The Cage frames and protects their collection as well as put it on display.
