1990-1995 Owner design consultancy. Defined a business model for Black Diamond to approach designing and selling packs. Designed the original bullet pack that has been a mainstay of their line for 20+ years. Designed a baby carrier for Madden that became the model for all subsequent baby carriers. Remained in the Madden and Sherpani line for +15 years.
