The waiting area seating was designed to look like a dining table, with a matching reception desk. Visitors from regional offices could sit and work remotely here.
Visitors and staff had access to the large cafe style staff breakout. The cladding was designed to look like a weatherboard house.
Large staff functions were regularly held in this breakout area, which could open up to the large reception space through the use of aluminium louvres and large sliding doors.
Large sliding glass doors separated the breakout from the waiting area.
Similar warm colours and timber tones were used for an inviting, homely feel.
Interview rooms were included behind the reception area and next to the breakout, once again separated by large sliding glass doors.
The boardroom incorporated a lot of Audio Visual, and acoustic ceiling panels.
Acoustic echo panel was used in these rooms to muffle sound, whilst corporate branding was incorporated into the film.
Internal meeting rooms were designed with a similar feel to the front of house interview rooms, but a little lower in quality of finishes.
The floor plan drafted using Vectorworks.
