I worked with a team of three Service Designers implemented the concept of Google Loon technology into the T-Mobile Infrastructure to better serve rural communities in America. We designed a 90-initiative to bring 4G LTE connection to people in these communities and an accompanying management dashboard for the project manager to easily oversee the success of the initiative
