Poinsettia: Counted thread embroidery. The piece was selected for a juried fiberarts exhibition titled 'Unveiled' at the Pittsburgh Center for Arts in 2011.

Textile Jewelry
Since 2009 I have been playing with the idea of using textile techinques for jewelery. Here I have explored using embroidery on a tiny scale in a way to capture a memory/feeling in a tiny format. Many of these pendants were sold through my online etsy shop SunUp as well as craft fairs I participated in the previous years. One of these pendants, Poinsettia was also selected for a Fiberarts Exhibition at the Pittsburgh Center for Arts titiled, Unveiled.
