Wind up Light - Year 8 Student - “You wind up the light and then you can store the energy and it’s also solar powered. It is easy to move around as there are wheels and a handle to push it.”
Special Shoes - Year 8 Student - “You use them instead of a car. They can float on water, they have springs so you can jump with them and also wheels to skate.”
Hydro Bike Cell Solar Edition - 2 Year 10 Students - “Hydraulic arms raise the solar panels located on the body of the motorbike. The solar panels store electricity so electrolysis can take place in the fuel cell. The fuel cell splits H20 up as a fuel to create electricity. The electricity powers the motorbike.”
Chameleon Clothes - Year 8 Student - “It changes colour and can change into pj’s. It can change in weather conditions, pattern and style. It get’s rid of dirt, stains etc and includes shoes.”
Solar Umbrella - Year 10 Student - An umbrella that blows cool air conditioned breeze. “It is powered by the sun. Solar umbrella consists of 24 LED lights. No electricity needed. Water resistant. It keeps the sun away from you and keeps you cooler.”
Drop n Chomp - 2 Year 8 Students - “It is a bright red whole in the ground in which you drop your rubbish/litter into and then the stuff is separated. The plastic in the plastic tube and the glass into the glass tube etc. The tubes lead to the factories which means they then reuse it.”
The Flyer - Year 10 Student - “A house that is a moving vehicle. It runs on a wire (like a ski lift). No need for trains, cars or buses, just travel in your house.”

Solar ad Water Powered Future Car - Year 7 Student (Version 1) - "The solar and water powered car is powered by water, which you can get at the water station. When it is a sunny day it will go really fast because it is solar powered.

Living in Tents - 2 Year 7 Students - “In the future we will live in biodegradable tents. Each street will be a row of tents and you can just pick up and move houses whenever you like.”

The Pen - Year 10 Student - “When a customer buys the pen, a machine records the user’s name. When lost or broken, the machine detects -- lost and sends a £200 fine." This will stop people loosing or throwing away their pens.
Paper Recouping Machine - Year 10 Student - “It is like a printer but replaces rough paper with clean paper.” “I am making a new machine that will stop every human being from cutting down trees for paper. This machine will have 2 slots. One for unwanted and unused paper. The other slot will print out new clean paper. The machine will work by solar energy from the sun. The energy will be stored for later use so no need to waste more energy. It will have 2 LED lights showing that there is no paper left.”
Super iPod - Year 10 Student - “This super iPod works like a normal iPod. The only difference is this super iPod does not need electricity and runs off solar energy. It will work under the sun or moon and it will tell the weather.”

The top of the car is covered in solar panels. Faster drive, less weight. It has wings, so you can skip long traffic – fly over the unsustainable cars.”
