The device was developed into a prototype for validating its main functions, as well as evaluating some material selection options.
The prototype was tested in the required scenario, inside a helmet.
A single part was developed in different material grades for the prototype, to evaluate which material would work best with our design specification.
Modifications were made to the prototype as necessary to optimize the device. These modifications were fed back into the revisions of the engineering CAD models.
