Geological Rock Hammer - This was a project for a Junior Year Product design class. The goal was to design a specialized hand held tool. I choose the geological rock hammer. Geologists normally carry up to 3 hammers with them for different methods of obtaining samples this hammer was designed to have an interchangeable head so the geologist would only have to carry one shaft and a few different hammer heads.
