CRM Admin - This is the first in a series of before-and-after screens from selected user interface design projects.
This is an off-the-shelf CRM product for mid-sized businesses who want to include a an online chat to pre-existing web sites. Shown here is a screen from the administration section of the product. Also included in the project was the customer facing screen, personalized for individual clients.
Subscription Management - A migration to web-app project for a magazine subscription service, with multiple wizard task flows (and a slightly magazine-like visual design)
Product catalog - This product catalog is designed to run from limited access CDs and as well as through a website. The IA work includes the design of templates and containers for use in future releases of the catalog.
Regression Test App - A desktop application, with a deep heirarchy, and few but complex task flows.
