Re-Brand

The objective of this project was to revamp an existing brand. I found that Wallack’s was in need of a rebranding because their current logo and typeface does not reflect an art store.

My concept was to take the very first logo that Wallacks had and modernize it by getting rid of the serifs. I wanted to make the logo look like a stamp as a way to suggest and artist mark. I kept the white facade of the building as it represents a blank canvas.
