Rear 3/4 View - I personally designed this framework for our car to make a statement. It is not unheard of in design for cars to show off their framework and structure, but in this case, I wanted the framework to be a focal point of the design, the place of our expression as designers, and not in the bodywork. The bodywork will only be there to accentuate certain aspects of what's already here. See more at underdogdesigners.blogspot.com

The Frame - My teammate and I were integral to the success of the 2006 Art Institute/Mazda XGE gravity car. This year, with sponsorship from Earthbound media, and continued support from our school, we have gone out on our own. Here's the frame in the flesh, all aluminum, light, and incredibly stiff.
