Reebok STF Brief Page - The initial direction for this personal project was to design a basketball shoe that helped to prevent the ankle from rolling. I present the concept to the design director of basketball and was then challenged to take it a step further and design a shoe that 10-15 years in the future.
Reebok STF Research Page - Took inspiration from materials being used by the U.S. military to tackle a similar challenge of designing lightweight but protective gear.

As an apprentice I had the opportunity to design a concept for what a zig tech basketball could look like. The concept was sampled and nearly made it to production as the first zig tech ball shoe but...things happen.
