Paul Auster's "The New York Trilogy" - A redesign of Paul Auster's three part novel, 'The New York Trilogy'. BOOK COVERS, and SLIP CASE. The themes of the book cover reflect that of an austere cityscape. Each cover is overlaid with a vellum of varying transparency to reflect the concept behind the story. The slip case bares a similar motif, however the city buildings are constructed out of crossword puzzle type boxes, to unify the idea of the philosophical mystery novel.
