Prior to spaceTRAX, nurses were responsible for tracking and managing surgical devises and clinical supply inventory. Not only was it tedious, it took time away from their patients. And It was all recorded with pen in hand on legal pads. Absurd.
spaceTRAX changed all that, because they knew the nursing staff was uniquely trained to practice patient care. Not to use valuable time conducting inventory management.
