Furniture Design
This module was called Furniture Design and involved the designing and making of a piece of furniture using the desired approach to the type of furniture and materials used. I created a multi functional chair/ table which could be used in a student flat or halls. The chair is appropriate for the 5th to 95th percentile of the population for the ergonomics. The chair can easily be pulled forwards to be used as a table as well. The idea for this design is that the chair/ table would come as part of a set, so the user could easily decide weather they want to 2 chairs, 2 tables or a chair and a table.
