. INQOVI is a promising new oral medication that patients can take in the comfort of their own homes. However, this oral medication needs to be carefully packaged to keep the product stable and child-resistant. Unfortunately, this can lead to difficulty for the intended user to open their medication package. The solution to this problem is the INQOVI Dose Assist. Keeping with the same concept of the brand: new, simple-to-use and effective, the Dose Assist is designed unlike existing blister pack openers that are only capable of pushing a pill through a thin layer of foil.
The INQOVI Dose Assist was inspired by cancer patients and made for patients who greatly benefit from the “AT HOME” solution INQOVI medication provides, but who struggle to dispense their medication from a multi-layered child-resistant package. These patients already have so much discomfort associated with their illness. Accessing their medication shouldn’t be an added burden. Before the INQOVI Dose Assist, patients had to rely on alternative, sometimes awkward and compromising methods for dispensing their pills from this type of child-resistant, and decidedly “unfriendly” packaging. They often resorted to using their hands, pens or other random tools in a desperate, and even dangerous attempt to access their medication. The premise for this product was developed in response to the explicit needs expressed by these patients who required a safe, convenient and user-friendly device to help them access their medication easily
The INQOVI Dose Assist is a portable hand-held device designed to help patients easily open and access their medication. INQOVI is a unique "AT-HOME" treatment medication used to treat patients suffering from a rare type of blood cancer and leukemia.
