Citroen - Autonomous Expedition Vehicle
Citroen – Expedition is envisioned for the year 2040 and beyond. By that time most of the city cars would be downsized to seat two or it would be used mostly on sharing system.
In such an era there would still require the need of a week-end getaway vehicle, for people who love to travel long distance with friends or family. This vehicle is meant for them.
The beauty of this project lies in the fact that this vehicle is envisaged to be fabricated by a concept of Nano-manufacturing techniques, using Nano-robots.
This concept employs a process in which instructions are encoded in a light wave which controls an army of Nano-Machines/Nano-Robots which would eventually build these vehicles.
