Regera is a hand-crafted 1800bhp hypercar manufactured by Koenigsegg. It derives this massive amount of power via a 5-liter twin-turbo V-8 petrol engine and 3 electric-motors. The electric motors are separately powered by a 4.5 kWh liquid-cooled lithium-ion battery system with in the car, which also makes it a plug-in hybrid. While it interiors are luxuriously cladded with leather, has a 9-inch infotainment system and a high-end audio system to sum up the creature comforts. In comparison with Regera’s competitors the only feature missing is a hi-tech multifunction steering-wheel.
This is a independently created conceptual project which explorers a steering-wheel design for Regrea that’s highly ergonomic and integrates all the basic functions on to it. It’s proposed to follow all the requirements to be crafted in-house in Koenigsegg, while using the most exotic material for it construction.
