The Girl With All The Stars - Self Promotional E Book Cover Design
Self promotional E Book Cover showcasing my creativity and design skill set. Design is composed of 2 elements, the model's face and a line graphic. My challenge was to take these separate images and create an otherworldly, mysterious cover. Through the use of filters and layers I was able to come up with the finished effect.
With any cover design job that I use stock imagery in, there is always a high degree of manipulation and processing of the image so the end image result is unique to the job at hand and cannot be found in the source image. The image was then re colored and additional aged effects were added on top of the final design.

Stock photography manipulated for highly stylized final product. I created the photorealistic title and text effect to give the headstone the appearance that the words were chiseled into the stone.

E Book Cover - Self promotional Cover design showcasing my creativity and design skill set. Design is composed of 4 different stock photo elements. 1. Night time sky 2. Human Skull 3. Ocean 4. Moon. My challenge was to take these 4 separate images and sculpt them into 1 seamless cover image. The watery and jagged title was achieved by distortion of the common font, Times New Roman. The same effect was then applied to a copy of the moon and flipped onto the ocean surface to approximate the moon's reflection on the water. Project was to develop and brand the look for a trilogy of books in the fantasy genre. Utilizing the color palette and type style of this genre I was able to craft both a E Book and paperback cover for the first book in the series.

Humorous take on the topic of leadership, or "Loudership", in life and business. Playing off the idea of the author's need to be heard and impart his wisdom we decided on the simple image of a microphone to get the point across. Bright lighting and sound waves were added to play up the concept. Published through Pavilion Books.

Cover design for first time author's novel about a young girl struggling with abuse and her broken faith. To relate the idea of being an outcast I decided on the figure's isolation, away from others, outside a city. The dry desert she stands in symbolising the barrenness she feels on the inside.

First Comes Love - Book focuses on the restorative power of Love, I approached this concept through the imagery of fresh and live flowers, the rose of which traditionally symbolizing love.
