This project involved a retrofit of the “Chevrolet Spark” to evolve an electric variant known as the "E-Spark". One of the key tasks in this project included replacing the fuel tank with a design-compatible electrically rechargeable battery that would link up with a modified transmission system. Ancillary tasks included enhancements to improve visual and aesthetic appeal, and project a new-age car for GM India. The show car was eventually put on display at the Auto Expo 2010, held in New Delhi, India.
This concept was based on Ergoform's trademark shopping trolley, which customers can wheel onto an escalator, without having to worry about the basket tipping over. The basket is pivoted at two points on either side so as to be able to rotate and always stay horizontal, irrespective of the orientation of the remaining body of the trolley.
The following projects were designed by fellow industrial designers at Ergoform. My main roles for the remaining projects involved texture mapping, lighting and rendering of the final products. Designer: Manjor Raja Texture Mapping, lighting and rendering: Rohit Bhat
