Creative solutions:
Last year, our Guests said “I love you, Target” 1.4 million times on social media. Love is in the air and we are going to give a little love back to our guests. During the week leading up to Valentine’s Day, we’ll respond to as many guests as possible with a handwritten, personalized note on a handmade paper craft Valentine’s card.

Increases in engagement:
What type of increased engagement did you see following these initiatives? 208% increase in average engagement rate compared to our benchmark 70% of #TargetLoveNotes mentions came from guests, 30% came from Target 3 million impressions. Oh and we did all this with Zero paid support. The #TargetLoveNotes campaign was totally organic and finally proves that proves that all you need is a little love.
