It's a scrabble piece with obscure, street, or almost forgotten Filipino words.

Chapter start for "The State of the Philippine Book Industry Report" featured on the 2014 NBDB Annual Report. It's a play on my previous wall-to-wall library title page spread.
The report was originally delivered by NBDB Chair Flor Marie Sta. Romana-Cruz during the opening of th 5th Philippine International Literary Festival-Book Industry Summit last year . A great read, if you have the chance to get a copy.
