Atlantis 15 Storey Residential RC Building
Residential building with 15 stories which is located in north of Iran with about 7000 square meter. I considered dual system including special moment resisting frame and special shear wall as a structural system.
Due to low allowable soil bearing, pile and pile cap was considered for foundation system.
Swimming pool was considered in architectural design which is placed in roof of penthouse in 15th floor.
