Mellat 32 Storey Residential & Commercial Building
It is a commercial complex building project consists of 6 parts with total area 120000 square meter and 32 stories. Mentioned project is located in west of Tehran-Iran and now is under construction. I did structural design and chose dual structural system including steel moment resisting frame plus concrete shear wall. Mat foundation with thickness 3.5 m has been considered as a foundation system.
