A specially designed colander sits inside the saucepan whilst food is being cooked. Once the water has been drained back into the pan, the colander is then placed in the serving platform for the user to pour the contents onto their plate.
The unique design of the serving platform means that the colander can smoothly tip down to enable easy service of food, whilst also be able to rotate on the base unit allowing other users to access the contents.
