Shine TV required a friendly range of mascots for their latest edition of Junior Masterchef. The brief was to design a ‘family’ of mascots which were animated and had interchangeable features meaning that visually they would be able to change from time to time. Each of these four mascots would sit along-side the contestants during filming.
Working to a four week deadline, a range of concept designs were presented and 3D CAD produced to create the prototype mascots to a tight schedule.
These mascots were used in all series episodes and as a result Shine TV ordered a further four sets of the mascots for their next series of Junior Masterchef.
