Scoop Loop - I designed this pooper scooper after many long walks with my german shepard, who refuses to just go potty just once on our walks and who seems to wait until we are as far as possible from a trashcan to relieve himself. I wanted a product that would allow the user to scoop more than once and that one would feel safe carrying comfortably on their arm or near the body in case there is no trashbin nearby.
