Geobiology principles are used for the distribution of space, and applying techniques of: Ecological Sanitation, Bioclimatic, and Renewable Energies, where are prioritized low-cost techniques and the use of local materials. The materials selected for the construction and the interior are based in non-toxic materials, certificates and with low environmental impact.
