This is a story of a girl who chose to fly away from home to travel the woods; the white of the umbrella is symbolic for the purity and innocence that the girl still has before she ventures into the unknown.

This is a story of a girl growing up, a teenager reaching for her childhood back, which is slowly dying as she grows older. This symbolizes the loss of vibrant childhood (the color of her sweatshirt) into young adulthood.
