Golden Hour: Dusk Break, 2015 Camera Settings: ISO 64 f/3.8 1/115 sec I took this photograph at 8:00pm on Lake Mohawk, moments before the sunset.
Golden Hour Photoshop: Banana Cam, 2015 Camera Settings: 1/280 sec f 1/3.8 ISO 64 I prefer the real golden hour compared to the fake one because in the fake one, details are lost when adding the gradient. The gradient and the fake sun lighting cut out the darkness and the appeal of the beauty of the original photo.
Silhouette: Risky, 2015 Camera Settings: 1/200 sec f/11 ISO 200 I had to darken the figure slightly in photoshop using the brush tool.
Silhouette: Cartwheel, 2015 Camera Settings: 1/200 sec f/11 ISO 200 I had to darken the figure slightly in photoshop using the brush tool as well as enhance the greens in the background and edit out the people taking pictures behind my subject.

Light Effects

My favorite lighting effect was the bokeh because of the freedom in editing. I really enjoy heavily editing my photos with surreal appearances and exaggerated colors, and the other two lighting effects had restrictions--the silhouettes had to be black and the golden hour had to have a gradient with realistic sunrise/sunset colors. The bokeh photographs could be my own with enhancements in color and shading.
