Surrealism is an art movement that seeks to manifest dreams or seemingly unreal situations by placing objects of different and unusual categories together to create an unnatural but creative affect.
The Surrealism movement began in the 1920s and expanded, with its most popular pieces and artists thriving in the 1930s until the 1960s.
Masking in photoshop allows you to take away and add in another image or part of an image to your artwork, allowing the user to build their art in layers.

Face with Eyes I used the masking technique, with the spot healing brush, clone stamp tool, dodge tool, the color replacement tool and paint brush.
Face Morphing I used the masking technique, with the spot healing brush, spot corrector tool, clone stamp tool, dodge tool, the color replacement tool and paint brush.
