Word to the Wise Speech Brand Identity

Word to the Wise produces and sells highly engaging speech therapy materials, games and activities for teachers, therapists and parents via the Teachers Pay Teachers online marketplace. They were in need of a complete identity developed to convey the playful nature that all Word to the Wise products embody. The first element to be designed was the company’s mascot, Ollie the Owl. Comic book inspired speech bubbles were incorporated to the stationary suite for a lighthearted feel and as an element that would appeal to children. Word to the Wise was also in need of a blog to increase their online presence and increase traffic to their Teachers Pay Teachers store. The layout was designed specifically for the Blogger platform so the client could easily create their own posts, respond to comments, etc. The template includes many of the same elements used in the identity design.
