This is called the revolving button and a box the same as featured above shows, in which under "Revolution", "Angle" -you need to make sure the angle is set to 360 degrees. Then all there is to do is press "OK" and watch your 2D Drawing transform into a 3D 360 Degrees object on Pro-Desktop.
