Nola Mattar
Nola Mattar is a real estate agent based out of Toronto On. She specializes in selling family homes for the mid to high end market of Toronto and it's surrounding areas.
Nola approached S+SC and asked us to create a new brand, something that would attract high end family homes she is looking to sell. She had no instruction on the design other than it has to be black and white... no colour, except the property photos.
We created a modern, clean identity, something that will attract the market she is looking to specialize without segregating herself from the other sellers and buyers on the market.
In the short time using this identity Nola has seen an increase in business and interest in her services.
