Grounded by a first usability test the task-flow was mapped and presented to the client. A new flow was proposed and a new embodiment, prototyped. The redesign re-introducing mechanical/tactile feedback and physical wheels coupled with the digital functions. Both features highly appreciated by the end user (ageing from 75 to 90 years old) in the final test.
