Cost of Goods Sold

I was tasked with creating the Cost of Goods Sold spreadsheet for the Commons Cafe. I first calculated the per unit cost or per ounce cost of each item and ingredient. I then plugged that data into recipes for all of the store's products and determined the business's cost per product. Using that number, I was able to determine the retail cost of each item.
