Designed a Piping Plover Endangered Species awareness project with photography, and found wooden and glass, placed in a local eating establishment (Rockaway Taco) show birds that are seldom seen with the naked eye closer to the beach goers who need to know more about their environment and the behavior of this endangered shorebird currently nesting during summers in Far Rockaway, NY.
Doesn't look like much here, but this taco stand on 92nd st, Rockaway, NY, had 2 hour long lines for these tacos and this was the only area to eat them, with other street artists vying for wall space. I was lucky to get this opportunity to reach the hipsters and foreigners who frequent the establishment during the summer.
