Butte Power - Tshirt (chrome) - Another design inspired by my family, friends and the place I grew up. Know the code, know the code... The chrome version. I might try to dial this into a screen print or I might just leave it as a full color print/sticker.
P-Town - Just a little something to pay respect to my family, friends and the place I grew up. My blood runs blue!
Get High on the Chugach - An experiment in creating my own t-shirt design. I chose something that is uniquely Alaskan, has multiple meanings and appeals to a large demographic of people. I sold these at the Oceans Fest in the summer of '05, here in Anchorage. They were a HUGE success and continue to this day as being my most sought after design.
Live It Upsom - An updated version of my friend's logo and slogan.
Butte Power - Tshirt (1color) - Another design inspired by my family, friends and the place I grew up. Know the code, know the code... There are endless color combinations to this design and I'll post more as I get them dialed in.
Heeeere Buff Buff - Ruby Hollembaek, wife and part owner of the Alaska Interior Game Ranch, commissioned me and The Print Lounge to make up some t-shirts for her family for Christmas 2009. Apparently "Heeeere Buff Buff" is how her husband Scott calls in the herd.
Ski Shack - The other half of the S.Y.D./Print Lounge collaboration, was asked by a good friend to make some t-shirts and hoodies for the 2009-2010 ski season. Inspired by various ski logos from the 70's and 80's and based around the Ski Shack's current logo.
Dos Manos - Dos Manos is a funktional art gallery, created by my wife and friends to offer an alternative to the stale, restrictiveness of most local galleries. All goods displayed and sold in the shop are hand crafted/created by the individual, who in turn rents out a space for a minimum of 3 months. A small commission is collected from the sale of all goods. Dos Manos simply translates to "two hands".
Spenard - Spenard is like a modern slice of the wild west, sprinkled with art, music & tourism and sits nestled in the heart of Anchorage. This appeals to the dirty, rock n' roll side of things.
Wish You Were Beer - This design is pretty self-explanatory. So far, I've printed this one color on a heather gray ring-T with navy collar and cuffs, as well as a durable, weather-proof 3" sticker that looks like the image above. The only difference is that instead of the gray it's printed on a silver, metallic stock so that it looks kind of like an old Pabst label on a beer bottle. I recently redesigned/updated this from the original version. I like the new one A LOT more.
Huxster - Mammoth (black)
Mammoth (minus the Huxster) - This one started as a sketch in my notebook which would later be modified for a design for Kavu, busy livin' and outdoor clothing. I also used it to create the first Huxster design.
Kavu Mammoth - Combining my Huxster mammoth with the Kavu logo I created this design that was used for a short period for various Kavu apparel items.
Huxster - Eagle
Owl Tshirt - Version2 - The final, t-shirt version of this design.
Timbaliya - Bird - Inspired by the art of Sailor Jerry, I created this bird and the Timbaliya design for my daughter Timber Maliya.
Fuck Texas - This controversial slogan has gotten an equal amount of laughs as well as jeers. Being from Alaska and having previously worked in the oil industry I've had my fair share of run-ins with Texans. This is my salute to those oil-grubbin', Bush-lovin', dick-swingin', shit-don't-stink Texans. To all of those from Austin I apologize... you are the exceptions and I ask that you don't take offense to this good ol' ribbing.
Hail to the Chimp - I created this one to show my undying, loyal, upmost respect for our last Commander-In-Chief (George W. Bush). LOVE that man...
Skeletor / Beastman '08 - In these turbulent times the best (and often the most overlooked) candidates for presidency are the most obvious: Skeletor / Beastman. Just kidding, Obama '08!
Skull Splat - My 3 yr. old son is a HUUUGE fan of Halloween and anything that could possibly tie into the holiday. I came up with this simple graphic to print on a 3/4 shirt, specifically for kids and later used it in creating various buttons.
Snooty Moose - A basic design to be used for both kids and young adults apparel.
Moose Skull - Another sketch transformed into vector art.
Walrus - Greetings from Alaska - A simplified version of my "Greetings from Alaska walrus" design that I was able to silk-screen onto several shirts.
Don't Be an Asshole - Another design that doesn't really need any explanation. I came up with the * instead of the word asshole so that I can wear this in public more often and only the savvy folks will figure it out.
MyTube YourSpace - A clever twist on two of the most recognizeable logos on the web.
Old School - A rejected comp for a mens league soccer team, I refined this design to print in a variety of 2 color schemes on retro looking apparel.
Wounded Warrior Project - A friend of mine commissioned me to design the t-shirt graphics for the 2008 (and future endeavors) Wounded Warriors fishing event on the Kenai River.
Colony Knights Soccer 08 - The updated version of the Colony Knights Soccer logo for the 2008 season.
The Print Lounge - This is the graphics / logo that I created for "The Print Lounge" and its sign that hung over the main door. This is where I print ALL of my t-shirt designs; located in the heart of Palmer, Alaska.
Upsom (The Print Lounge) - The start of it all...
