Terrace Plaza (Concept Brochure) - This was the 1st concept for a Terrace Plaza brochure. I did a lot of research on the building and fell in love with it's rich history. I chose to use a photo of the brick shell that covers the building and gave it a ripped look. The rip exposes a photo of one of the famous artworks that was housed within the building during it's hay-day. The point was to try to lease the space using the vast architectural and artistic history as the main selling point.

Terrace Plaza (Printed Brochure) - This is the version that was actually printed and distributed to clients.

Available Property Brochure - This was a mailable brochure created for the Murphy-Abernethy Office Brokers to showcase their available office properties throughout Greater Cincinnati.

Park 50 Brochure - This brochure showcases an entire office park. My broker clients wanted to use 3 building photos on the cover of the brochure. Instead of placing 3 rectangular photos on the front, I created the collage to make it visually interesting.

Sold Brochure - This is a tri-fold brochure that I created for the Murphy-Abernethy group to showcase their recently sold properties.

525 Vine (Concept Brochure) - This is a concept for a brochure to lease space in 525 Vine in Cincinnati, Ohio. I took architectural elements of the building and created a collage to represent the building.

525 Vine (Printed Brochure) - This is the brochure that was actually printed and distributed to clients. I wanted it to look similar to a magazine cover.

Corporex Northern Kentucky Properties - Brochure to showcase Corporex NKY properties.

Madison Place (Concept Brochure) - This is a concept brochure for Madison Place. The client wanted a classy looking piece at first, but eventually changed their mind and wanted something uniquely my style.

River Center I & II (Concept Brochure) - This is a concept brochure for RiverCenter I & II. The client wanted a classy looking piece at first, but eventually changed their mind and wanted something uniquely my style.

RiverCenter I & II (Printed Brochure) - This was my creative version of the brochure. It was inspired by the style that I developed during my senior thesis.
